With over 250 videos on YouTube, exclusive video course content for our students, and over 10 live events a year working at The Hit can be very fast-paced and fun.

We are looking to hire dynamic individuals who are bi-lingual, dynamic, and capable of multi-tasking and fulfilling deadlines.

Our interview process

With over a decade in business, we have found group interviews to be a great way of meeting potential candidates.

We will likely be calling you to schedule a Zoom call so we can get to see you and interact with you and other candidates at the same meeting.

Please know that while we want to make these interviews low key and fun you will be asked to translate written text into Spanish, tell us how you would handle real-life scenarios that happen with our customers, and overall socially interact with our staff.

We want to be respectful of your time but at the same time do want to ask for you not apply for the position if you do not have the basic qualities and conditions we are looking for:

Available to work from 230 pm to 830 pm Monday to Friday (depending on the position we might be able to offer you a part-time schedule)

Saturday 9 am to 3 pm (depending on the position we might be able to offer you a part-time schedule)

Fully bi-lingual (reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.)

Punctuality

Great communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with clear deadlines.
